The LRAC acts as piercing industry experts when advising local regulators and legislators with creating or updating local regulations/laws, advising on training of local inspectors, as well as helping piercers understand their local laws and regulations.
The committee also acts as representatives of the APP at conferences with NEHA, AFDO, and other regulatory and advisory agencies.
